YAY!
 I'm finally posting some of my Princess Tutu fanart.I loved this image the first time I saw this in a Princess Tutu AMV. It bugged me for a few weeks as to where in the anime this image came from. I kept searching each of the episodes I thought it would be in, not to mention trying to find it on the Internet. Then one night while I was searching through the extras of my third DVD I found it!  It is from a teaser trailer for the series.  I love that trailer soooooooooo much.Anyway, you may recognize this picture as being one of the pictures from my banner on my journal.  I wanted to practice drawing him, (on top of loving the pose/image itself) especially his poofy hair.  I think I got it now and have other Ahiru/Fakir sketches in my sketchbook to color and post. I was surprised that after watching this anime how much better I began to draw hands. It's an anime revolving mostly around fairy tales/folklore and ballet, so naturally with ballet there is a lot of expression with the hands. (I like the hand movement for "I love you.")Fakir is the creation of the creator of Princess Tutu. |
